PleinAirpril, a neat little portmanteau of plein-air painting and the month in which it is hosted, is a yearly challenge to paint a landscape a day during the month of April. It is hosted by the Warrior Painters, an artist community dedicated to the art of plein air painting. It is a wonderful exercise in building painting speed and a wonderful excuse to look at lovely scenes of nature. Here are a few of my favorites!
